Terms of Use

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://dandtgolfcars.com and the content, forms, features, and services made available through the website (collectively, the "Website"). The Website is operated by D&T Golf Cars ("D&T," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. WEBSITE INFORMATION ONLY

The Website provides general information about D&T, golf cars, inventory, parts, accessories, service, customization, rentals, leases, consignment, trade-ins, pickup, delivery, and related offerings.

Website content is provided for general informational and inquiry purposes. It is not a binding offer, professional advice, safety certification, mechanical diagnosis, financing commitment, warranty, or guarantee that any vehicle, part, service, price, appointment, or transaction is available or suitable for you.

2. INVENTORY, PRICES, AND AVAILABILITY

Golf car inventory changes frequently. A vehicle shown on the Website may already be sold, leased, reserved, withdrawn, or otherwise unavailable. Prices, equipment, mileage or hours, batteries, colors, photographs, descriptions, stock numbers, promotions, and other details may contain errors or change without notice.

Unless D&T expressly agrees otherwise in a signed writing:

  • Website listings do not reserve a vehicle;
  • Submitting a form does not create a sale, lease, rental, consignment, trade-in, service appointment, or other contract;
  • A quoted or displayed price may exclude applicable taxes, title and registration charges, delivery charges, optional equipment, installation, financing costs, or other disclosed charges;
  • Photographs may not show every feature, defect, variation, or item included with a vehicle; and
  • D&T may correct errors, update information, or withdraw an offering at any time.

Contact D&T to confirm current availability, condition, included equipment, price, and transaction terms before traveling to the shop or making a decision.

3. SEPARATE TRANSACTION DOCUMENTS CONTROL

Purchases, repairs, estimates, work orders, rentals, leases, consignment arrangements, trade-ins, warranties, financing, deposits, pickup and delivery, title transfers, and other transactions may require separate written documents.

If these Terms or Website content conflicts with a signed purchase agreement, lease, rental agreement, consignment contract, work order, estimate, warranty, financing document, or other transaction document, the signed transaction document controls for that transaction.

4. VEHICLE CONDITION AND WARRANTIES

The age, condition, equipment, batteries, history, and warranty status of golf cars vary. Used, pre-owned, rebuilt, customized, industrial, utility, and consignment vehicles may have different inspection standards and warranty terms.

No Website statement creates a warranty. Any warranty must be stated in the applicable written transaction documents. A vehicle may be sold “as is” when permitted by law and clearly stated in the applicable sale documents.

You should inspect a vehicle, ask questions, review the applicable documents, and obtain clarification before completing a transaction.

5. VEHICLE USE, SAFETY, AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Golf car requirements vary according to the vehicle, equipment, location, property rules, intended use, and applicable law. A light kit, mirror, seat belt, windshield, speed modification, or other equipment does not by itself establish that a vehicle is lawful or safe for public-road use.

You are responsible for:

  • Determining whether a vehicle is appropriate for the intended use and location;
  • Following manufacturer instructions, warnings, capacity limits, maintenance schedules, and safe-operating practices;
  • Confirming applicable title, registration, insurance, licensing, equipment, road-use, community, employer, and property requirements;
  • Ensuring that operators are properly trained, supervised, and legally permitted to operate the vehicle; and
  • Obtaining approval from your organization, property owner, homeowners’ association, facility, insurer, or government authority when required.

Do not rely solely on Website content to make a safety, legal, mechanical, battery, towing, payload, range, or road-use determination.

6. SERVICE AND TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION

Website maintenance tips, telephone suggestions, frequently asked questions, and troubleshooting information are general in nature. They may not apply to your specific vehicle or condition and are not a substitute for inspection by a qualified person.

Stop using a vehicle and seek appropriate assistance if you observe a condition that may be unsafe, including braking, steering, electrical, battery, charging, fuel, structural, or control problems. Never perform work beyond your training or contrary to manufacturer instructions.

Submitting a service request does not create an appointment or authorize work. D&T must confirm scheduling, transportation, inspection, estimate, authorization, and repair terms separately.

7. USER SUBMISSIONS

The Website may allow you to send messages, vehicle information, photographs, documents, reviews, or other content ("Submissions"). You retain ownership of your Submissions.

By submitting content, you represent that:

  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • You own the content or have permission to submit it;
  • The content does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights; and
  • The content does not contain malware, unlawful material, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

You grant D&T a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, store, transmit, and display a Submission only as reasonably necessary to review, respond to, document, or complete your request and operate the business. D&T will not use a customer’s photos or testimonial in public advertising without separate permission when such permission is required.

Do not upload titles, driver’s licenses, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, financial-account information, insurance documents, or other sensitive identity documents through a general Website form.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not:

  • Use the Website for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purpose;
  • Submit false ownership, title, identity, vehicle, financing, or transaction information;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, accounts, systems, or data;
  • Introduce malware or interfere with Website operation or security;
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information through automated means except as permitted by law and D&T’s written authorization;
  • Copy, republish, or commercially exploit Website content without permission; or
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.

D&T may restrict access, disregard a submission, or take other appropriate action if it reasonably believes the Website is being misused.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Website and its text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, videos, layout, and other content are owned by D&T or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

D&T grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Website for personal or legitimate business inquiry purposes. No other rights are granted.

Manufacturer names, model names, product names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not necessarily imply sponsorship or endorsement.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Website may link to or embed third-party websites and services, including maps, reviews, videos, social media, financing resources, manufacturers, suppliers, or payment services. D&T does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, terms, or privacy practices.

A link does not necessarily mean that D&T endorses the third party. Use third-party services at your own discretion and review their terms and policies.

11. GOOGLE ADS AND ADVERTISING SERVICES

D&T may use Google Ads, Google tags, conversion tracking, remarketing, analytics, and related advertising technologies. These services may use cookies, advertising identifiers, ad-click information, device information, Website activity, and selected conversion events to deliver advertisements, measure campaign performance, prevent fraud, and improve advertising.

Your use of the Website may therefore result in information being transmitted to or processed by Google under Google’s own terms and privacy policies. D&T’s Privacy Policy provides additional information and links to relevant Google notices and advertising controls.

D&T does not guarantee that an advertisement, promotion, price, vehicle, service, or other offering remains available when you visit the Website. Advertisements are subject to the inventory, pricing, transaction-document, warranty, and error provisions of these Terms.

12. PRIVACY

D&T’s Privacy Policy explains how information collected through the Website is handled. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WEBSITE WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” D&T DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

D&T DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, CURRENT, COMPLETE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE WEBSITE AND DOES NOT ELIMINATE ANY WRITTEN PRODUCT OR SERVICE WARRANTY EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A SEPARATE TRANSACTION DOCUMENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, D&T AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, D&T’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

These limitations apply only to Website-related claims. They do not replace or alter remedies, responsibilities, or limitations stated in a separate transaction document, and they do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, your material violation of these Terms, or a Submission that you had no right to provide. This section does not require you to indemnify D&T for D&T’s own unlawful conduct.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms and disputes arising solely from the Website are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise or the parties agree in writing, a legal action arising solely from the Website must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.

These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive any right to a jury trial or class proceeding. Any dispute provisions contained in a separately signed transaction document apply according to that document.

17. CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE OR TERMS

D&T may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. D&T may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from the effective date of the revised Terms unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. GENERAL TERMS

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

D&T’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms do not create an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or fiduciary relationship between you and D&T.

Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
